The HoodFellas whitepaper: what the game is, what $HOOD does inside it, and how the money moves.
Version 1.0 · November 2026 · WCLAW LABS LLC
HoodFellas is an onchain mafia game at hoodfella.fun. You build a criminal career from street Associate to boss: run jobs, rank up, spend skill points, buy property and gear, and join or found a crime family. Families recruit crews, pull heists, fight wars over real territory on a shared city map, and climb a seasonal leaderboard that pays out to the winners.
It is a game first. The token exists to serve the game, not the other way around.

$HOOD is a meme token with a game attached. It carries no claim on revenue, equity, or any promise of profit.
The game runs on a simple, inspectable loop:
Both addresses above are public on purpose. If an address asking for your deposit does not match the treasury printed here and in the game, do not send to it.
Families are the heart of the game. A Don founds a family in a home city, recruits a crew, and collects tribute: a cut of member earnings flows to the family bank. Families fight wars over a map of 45+ American cities, and held turf makes the family stronger in the next fight.
War outcomes come from a published power model, not a dice roll in the dark. A family's war power pools its members' token holdings (capped per member so one whale cannot carry a crew), earned street power from grinding, reputation from wars fought, the family bank, and territory held. The game shows you the odds before you confirm a hit.
Competition runs in 14-day seasons. Families earn Season Points from wars won, territory taken, heists, and member milestones. Standings reset each season; your wealth and rank persist.
At season's end the top three families split the season prize pool 50/30/20, and each qualifying member's share is proportional to the points they personally contributed. Payouts go to qualifying members' own wallets, and the payout report is generated from the same standings everyone watched all season.
The prize pool is funded by the 3% token tax, which buys tokens from partner projects on Robinhood Chain. Prizes are paid in those partner tokens, never in $HOOD itself, so season payouts create no sell pressure on the game's own token and every season puts another ecosystem project in front of the players.
The scoring system is built to reward real crews over throwaway accounts: points from beating other real families count in full, self-made points are capped, repeat wins over the same family decay, and a family needs a roster of genuinely played-up members to take a payout slot.
HoodFellas is developed by WCLAW LABS LLC, an independent studio. The game, this site, and the token pages are the project's only official surfaces. Announcements happen in the community Telegram.
HoodFellas is an entertainment product. $HOOD is a meme token: it is not an investment, a security, or a claim on anything, and its price can go to zero. In-game balances are game credits, not deposits with a bank. Game rules and balance values change as the game evolves. Nothing here is financial advice. Play with money you can afford to lose, and do not play where local law does not allow it.
